I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The food was fantastic with an impressive variety of dishes, including healthy options suitable for any dietary requirement. The kid's club was stellar, my daughter was having so much fun that it was hard to persuade her to leave in the evening. The spa treatments were so relaxing and rejuvenating. The hotel's facilities were amazing, very clean and modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect and easy to reach with convenient parking and transportation options available.

Located in a new building, this hotel offers a variety of food options for all kinds of diets, perfect for families with children. the spa facilities are luxurious, and the services offered are top, notch. the kid's club is a real eye, catcher, with outstanding activities that keep the little ones engaged for hours. Staff makes a lot of efforts to keep all guests happy and relaxed.

Guests have to put up with some severe construction in the hotel. the drilling and construction noises are very frequent, and it can be challenging to take a nap or relax without being interrupted by the sound.

The food was splendid! There were ample choices and catered to different diets. the kids' club was heaven for my daughter; we had a tough time leaving every evening. the Winter Wonderland package and Christmas meal were fantastic. the location is perfect, close to the ski lifts and offers panoramic mountain views. the hot chocolate was yum!

Construction work was ongoing, which made it impossible to have a peaceful nap-time during the day. the front desk forgot about my daughter's birthday celebration, but the restaurant quickly redeemed themselves.

This hotel provides the perfect luxurious accommodation with exclusive amenities. the service was excellent, from the amazing food variety to the Spa & wellness centre featuring a full range of beauty treatments and massages. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were top-notch, and the Aqua park was an added bonus. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun loungers. the location advantages combine comfort and convenience with an entertainment leisure/TV room and a Restaurant/Bar lounge area with private facilities for an exclusive experience.

I heard a lot of drilling and hammering which kept me from napping.

The key location is perfect for those wanting to experience the beauty of nature while still being able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the construction noise that lasted throughout the day, which was very disrupting, especially during my elderly parents' nap time. Another downside was the front desk staff forgetting about my daughter's birthday celebration, but thankfully, the restaurant recovered quickly.
